After wandering around the hall, we drove over to the Chao Hao
Restaurant for some dim sum. The real reason for this trip was
Robin's insistence that the food in Guangzhou was far better than
in Hangzhou and dim sum was something that I really wanted to
try here. Guangdong Province (Canton Province to the Hong Kong
people) is the home of dim sum.
The restaurant did not disappoint. We had a variety of dishes,
including fried fish balls, crab rolls, dumplings of several types,
steamed buns and some sweet stuff at the end. It was truly a wonderful
meal and we were hungry enough to do justice to it.
